F.A.C. FIREARMS ACQUISITION CERTIFICATE
Required to purchase a firearm by mail order. Under the new law the purchase is now required to send us the original F.A.C. PERMIT along with the order. The F.A.C. PERMIT will be returned VIA REGISTERED MAIL. The above information is only intended as an aid to obtain your F.A.C. PERMIT and not a legal or official interpretation of said law.

ALL ITEMS F.O.B OUT STORE
Please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

ALL C.O.D. ORDERS MUST HAVE 25% DEPOSIT.
Otherwise orders will be held up for delivery.

We reserve the rights to make adjustments in pricing, description, etc. Please consult our store counter copy catalog for details of any changes. Customers ordering VIA MAIL will be advised before shopping.
Occasionally an advertised item may no longer be available or discontinued. We reserve the right to do so without notice or substitute an item of better or equal value and adjust selling price accordingly.

Our policy is to give customers the immediate benefits of price reductions and pass on increase only when necessary. The price of many commodities can be unpredictable, therefore due to fluctuating costs and manufacturers increase or decrease, we reserve the right to make adjustments where prices deemed necessary.

MERCHANDISE RETURNED
No returned merchandise will be accepted for refund or exchange without our written consent. All merchandise other than as is and final sale will be expected for exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase date, provided the item is complete with all parts in original packaging and has not been used.

RETURNS MUST BE PREPAID
Do not return and merchandise for repair. Refunds will be made with original form of payment. Items purchase by Chargex, Master Charge will be refunded by same.

ALL MERCHANDISE IS GUARANTEED
Defects by manufacturer or distributor, Merchandise should be returned directly to them or their service department. If you do not have proper address we will be pleased to supply you with the information. All merchandise is carefully checked and packaged before shipment. Should loss or breakage occur, please report immediately to carrier.
